Are your necklaces safe for small children?
Please note that these necklaces are not intended for small children, as they contain small pieces that can pose a choking hazard. We welcome orders for older children who won't chew on their necklace or put it in their mouth. Of course, we always recomend that these necklaces be taken off before bed as well!
How do I purchase a custom design?
Please reach out to us using the 'Contact' form. Give us as much or as little detail as you want, and we'll work with you! Please include your prayer intentions, so we can pray for you while we work on your piece. Once we finalize the design with you, we will post your necklace on the "Your Custom Order" product page. After we receive payment through the online shop, we will make and ship your custom order.
Please note that custom designs may take a few extra days to create if we have to wait for a new medal or new bead colors to arrive at our workshop.
I own a specific medal/charm that I want used on my necklace. How does that work?
Using a medal or charm with sentimental meaning is so special! Email us a photo of the medal or charm, and we'll provide a shipping address for you to send it to us. We can work with you on the design while your package travels to us. Once we receive it, we will craft your unique jewelry and ship it right back to you!
Can I ask for my necklace to be made with different colors?
Yes; this would be a custom order, though. Check out our Custom Jewelry page for details. We will work with you to find colors that match your vision as best as possible.
My patron saint isn't offered!
Whether it's a design we haven't made yet, your saint of choice is obscure and it's hard to find a medal for them, or you are one of our Orthodox brothers and sisters, we will work with you to find a medal for your saint. Depending on how difficult they are to find, we may need to order a custom engraved medal. If this is the case we will contact you with a full cost disclosure before we place a custom engraving order.
Can I choose a Crucifix or a cross instead of a saint?
Yes; this would be a custom order, though. Check out our Custom Jewelry page for details. We will work with you to find a centerpiece for your jewelry that matches your vision.
I want a different length necklace than is offered.
Just let us know what length you'd like, and we will fulfill your request! This will incur a small fee.
