St. Christopher

St. Christopher wanted to serve the most powerful king of all. This led him on a wild goose chase until a hermit helped him realize that Christ was the one he sought. Christ appeared to him as a child requesting passage across a dangerous river, a scene that is depicted on his medal. St. Christopher is often depicted crossing water, with a green tunic and the Christ-child waring a white tunic on his shoulders, hence these sea-glass inspired beads!
